Do I pay before I see the design?
No. Tell us about your plaque and we email you a complimentary design first. You pay only after you approve the design and accept your quote.
How long does it take?
You receive your design in one to two business days. Production starts when you approve the design and your payment is received, and we confirm the dates in your quote.
Can I change the wording after seeing the design?
Yes. Wording and layout changes are included until you approve the design. Larger changes, such as a different material or size, may change the price, and we will tell you before going ahead.
Will my plaque last outdoors?
Brass, bronze and copper are traditional outdoor materials and age gracefully. Tell us where the plaque will hang and we will recommend the best material and finish for that location.
